3 oz. San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa (Blood Orange) Soda

Build over ice, garnish w/ Orange twist

1.5 oz. Hammer & Tongs Sac’Résine
1 oz. Campari
3 oz. San Pellegrino Pompelmo (Grapefruit) Soda

Build over ice, garnish with grapefruit zest (discard) and 2- 3 sprigs of fresh Cilantro

Mr. P. Andrew Taylor is a learned man of production & preservation of "Agricultural Specialties", Botanics, and Aromatic Chemique. After being awarded his Bachelors and Masters of Science from the College of Agriculture at Oregon State University, he committed himself to the occupation of winemaking. Now he has turned 15 years of his academic and commercial winemaking experiences, toward crafting vermouths that express a broad range of his life experiences. Having a limitless range of botanicals to work with, Mr. Taylor compounds flavor & aroma concepts into his formulas, each one possessing a personal connection to various fragments of his memories and imagination.
